Prices quoted are with VAT per room for one night, without breakfast. Breakfast can be ordered in advance with a surcharge of 300,-CZK per night/person. We offer breakfast only during the summer season (1.7.-31.8.). Our breakfast is fully plant based.

The minimum length of stay is four nights. Due to summer vacations, we give space to guests for weekly stays.

The price does not include the recreation fee of the municipality Frymburk in the amount of 20,-CZK per person per night.

According to the act on records of sales, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt for the buyer.  At the same time, it is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online (in case of technical downtime then no later than 48 hours).

Free of charge are secured high-speed Wifi network, private parking, covered balcony with reclining armchairs accessible from each room with a view of Lipno, ski and bicycles  storage room, dayroom with table games, billiards, Garden and garden chairs.

In order to maintain the highest quality of accommodation and thus the satisfaction of the guests do not smoke in the whole area of the pension and garden. Our pension is in a peaceful location with a magnificent view of the pride of the Šumava National Park, Lipno. Our goal is to provide privacy, peace and comfort, which nowadays become a highly valued commodity. Therefore, we do not provide accommodation for persons under 12 years of age and domestic animal friends are not allowed to stay with our guest.
