BOOKING INFORMATION

We’d ask you to leave the room till 11:00. However, we will be happy to hide your baggage if you decide to leave Frymburk a little later and enjoy the rest of your day in our surroundings.

• More than 30 days before the reservation date – we return 100% of the accommodation price.
• In the range 7 to 29 days before the reservation date-we will refund you 50% of the accommodation price.
• In the period of 3 to 6 days before the reservation deadline-we will refund you 25% of the accommodation price.
• In less than 2 days before the reservation deadline-it is not possible to cancel the reservation and return the money.

NB: Our cancellation policy is based on experience with some of our guests. However, we do not want to discourage guests who do not have problems with decent communication. Therefore, in case of serious  reason for cancellation of accommodation please contact us immediately and we will try to find a suitable option for both parties. Thank you for your understanding.

In case you expect to arrive after 20:00, please let us know so we are aware of it. Otherwise you will not find anyone who will open you:-). If you decide to leave earlier, we will have to follow our cancellation policy.

All reservations must be confirmed in writing and after all details have been reconciled, we will issue an advance invoice for 100% of the agreed amount. The reservation is valid once the amount has been credited to our account. In case of booking on the day of arrival, payment is only possible with cash. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.

Our goal is to provide privacy, peace and comfort, which become a highly valued commodity nowadays. Even though we love our children, we do not provide accommodation for persons under 12 years of age.

In order to maintain the highest quality of accommodation and thus the satisfaction of the guests, there is a strict ban on smoking in the entire pension and garden area.

Even though we are fond of animals ourselves, we know that it is not possible to influence their needs, therefore, the movement of any animals is not allowed in the whole pension and garden area in order to maintain the highest quality of accommodation and thus the satisfaction of the guests.

We strive to make your breakfast as fresh as possible, so it is important to arrange your time with us. We know very well how breakfast is important for a beautiful start of the day, so we have it normally ready for you until 10:00.

You can use our sauna for your pleasant stay in the pension Frymburk. You just need to inform us at least an hour ahead to prepare everything.
